Thank you for shopping with VIP-fashion! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds:
Return period: You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items must:
be unused and in original condition;
have all original tags attached;
be returned in original or suitable protective packaging.
Non‑returnable items:
underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons);
custom‑made or personalised garments;
items marked as “final sale” at checkout.
How to return:
Log in to your account and go to Order History.
Select the order and click Start a Return.
Follow the instructions to get a return label.
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop off the package.
Shipping:
Free returns for domestic orders within [Country/Region].
For international orders, customers cover return shipping (use a trackable method).
Refunds:
Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
You’ll get an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account (depends on your bank/provider).
Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the error is on our side (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or colour, return the item and place a new order.
Damaged/defective items: Contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery, provide your order number and photos — we’ll arrange a free return and offer a refund or replacement.
